I
SORRY....Hit enter the button.

New to the hobby and have done alot of reading and I have never seen any shops offering a class on the hobby for both nitro and electric for NEWBIES...Was wondering if something like that would work. I know myself and I'm sure there's others that would like to see it hands on. Just a thought.

I get schooled every thursday night when I race, but Rick is correct.  The best way to learn is to just simply try it out, ask questions when you don't know something, and the most inportant part....have fun.  I was never the most studious of students, learned best by hands on.  Hope this helps

Better to just come on down and sit near a local.  Ask questions and you will get answers.  Everyone here is more than willing to share experience because the more there are of people the better the races are.

All newbies are welcome since we all remember what it was like and some of us still feel like it from time to time on those off days. Come race and we'll be happy to help as most have received help and given already.
